Sausage Quiche 

2 pkgs. (16 oz. each) Regular Flavor Uplands Gourmet Pork Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
4 eggs, lightly beaten 
1-1/2 cups half-and-half 
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese 
1 cup pie crust mix 
1 tablespoon melted butter 
1/2 cup sliced green onions 
1 teaspoon chopped parsley 

Preheat oven to 325 F. Allow sausage to cool 5 minutes after cooking. In a large bowl, combine eggs with sausage and remaining ingredients; stir to blend well. Transfer to a lightly greased 9" x 9" x 2" baking dish; bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in baking dish 5 minutes before cutting. Serve warm.
