Sausage Chili Supreme (Sausilicious - if that's a word!) 

2 pkgs. (16 oz. each) Regular Flavor Uplands Gourmet Pork Sausage 
4 cups chopped onions 
1 can (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes 
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce 
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) red kidney beans 
1 cup water 
1/2 cup chili powder 
2 teaspoons ground cumin salt and pepper to taste 
4 cups chopped green peppers (optional) 

In large saucepan, cook sausage and onions over medium high heat, stirring frequently until meat is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 10-12 servings
