Pork Sausage Cook sausage and onion in skillet over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink and onion is translucent. Stir in flour; mix well. Gradually stir in milk, water and salt; bring to a simmer and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add pepper and pepper sauce as desired; cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over split biscuits or eat with bread. Makes 12 servings |
